| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳市生殖道感染妇女的防治知识、态度、行为,进一步规范生殖道感染的防治工作。方法在深圳市68家医疗保健机构随机抽取1689名生殖道感染妇女开展问卷调查。结果 95%妇女听说过生殖道感染/性传播疾病,94.0%认为有必要定期行妇女病普查,97.2%愿意了解生殖道感染知识;愿意接受保健知识的方式,依次是医生讲解咨询、宣传小册子、讲座、专栏、报刊等,16.0%妇女不知道或说不清如何预防生殖道感染。生殖道感染防治知识的掌握程度受年龄、婚姻、文化程度和职业影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。深圳市20岁以下育龄妇女、未婚、文化程度低下、无业、服务人员、退休、工人等类型妇女对生殖道感染防治知识的正确掌握程度及重要性的认识较低。结论通过各种途径开展适宜的健康教育,增强生殖道感染防治知识,改变错误观念和行为,促进生殖健康。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of prevention and treatment of woman reproductive tract infections in Shenzhen and regulate further prevention and treatment.
