军校医学与非医学院学员亚健康状况调查

目的探讨军校学员的亚健康状况及其影响因素,为有针对性地对军队学员进行亚健康干预提供更全面依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法,抽取军队医学院校和军队非医学院校在校学员共927人进行问卷调查。结果亚健康状况检出率为61.81%,其中躯体亚健康检出率为15.64%,心理亚健康检出率为55.56%。医学院校亚健康检出率为70.35%,高于非医学院校亚健康检出率为53.68%;特别是心理亚健康检出率,医学院校为65.49%,高于非医学院校为46.11%;女学员亚健康现患率高于男学员,差异均有统计学意义。影响亚健康的危险因素主要有不同专业(OR=2.283)、生源(OR=1.166)、睡眠不充足(OR=1.933)、学习效率低(OR=1.905)、喜甜食(OR=1.714)、学习能力不好(OR=1.834)、学习负担大(OR=2.816)、人际关系差(OR=3.649)、家庭关系差(OR=3.133)和生活不充实(OR=2.669)等10项。结论军校学员亚健康问题较为突出,医学院校学员亚健康状况差于非医学院校学员。

Investigation on sub-health of students in military medical and no-medical universities
