北京市怀柔区脑卒中高危人群超重肥胖分布现状

目的了解北京市怀柔区脑卒中高危人群超重肥胖分布现状,为相关部门采取防控措施提供依据,以减少或延缓脑卒中的发生。方法采取整群抽样的方法,在某社区中随机抽取≥45岁以上的常住居民,分析其超重肥胖人群分布现状。结果脑卒中高危人群超重肥胖患病率为80.1%,男性患病率为75.0%%,女性患病率为83.1%,二者差异无统计学意义;正常体重指数筛出率仅为19.6%,超重人群筛出率为45.8%,肥胖人群筛出率为34.6%,各年龄组之间差异无统计学意义。结论北京市怀柔区脑卒中高危人群中肥胖超重患病率较高,因此应积极预防和控制超重肥胖,延缓脑卒中的发生。

The distribution of overweight and obesity with high risk of stroke in the community of Beijing Huairou District

Objective To understand the high risk of stroke in Huairou District of Beijing City,the distribution of overweight and obesity status,for the relevant departments,and to provide the basis for prevention and control measures to reduce or delay the incidence of stroke. Methods Cluster sampling method,in a community of permanent residents ≥45 years people were surveyed as to analyze the distribution of overweight and obese status. Results High risk of stroke prevalence of overweight and obesity was 80.1%,male prevalence rate was 75.0%,female prevalence rate was 83.1%,no significant difference between the two;normal body mass index to screen out rate was only 19.6%,screen out overweight was 45.8% and obesity was 34.6%,the difference between age groups was not significant. Conclusion High risk of stroke in the high prevalence of obesity and overweight,it should actively prevent and control overweight and obesity,delay the occurrence of stroke.
