| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卡介苗多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)联合复方甘草酸苷对CO2激光术后尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能的影响及疗效。方法尖锐湿疣患者120例,随机分为3组:A组37例仅行CO2激光治疗,不予其他处理;B组39例激光术后口服复方甘草酸苷片;C组44例激光术后予BCG-PSN注射液联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗。治疗前及治疗后3个月检测各组患者外周血T细胞亚群。另设健康人对照组30例,检测项目同上。结果 (1)尖锐湿疣患者与健康人T细胞亚群比较:尖锐湿疣患者外周血中CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值降低(P<0.05),CD8+T细胞增高(P<0.05)。(2)治疗3个月后3组尖锐湿疣患者T细胞亚群比较:B组和C组的CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值升高,CD8+T降低(P<0.05)。(3)术后半年内3组复发率比较:C组患者复发率低于A组及B组(P<0.05)。结论 BCG-PSN联合复方甘草酸苷治疗CO2激光术后尖锐湿疣可产生协同效应,调节细胞免疫功能,提高患者T淋巴细胞亚群,降低尖锐湿疣复发率。
