| 摘 要： | 目的:观察经内镜下治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床疗效.方法:对内镜下止血的72例消化性溃疡合并活动性出血的患者,进行回顾分析.结果:72例患者中初次止血成功51例,成功率70.8%;再次出血21例,再次内镜下止血13例,8例无效转外科手术治疗,总有效率88.9%.结论:内镜下进行止血疗效肯定,是一种方法简单、安全有效、节省费用、减轻病人痛苦的治疗措施,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical value of endoscopic therapy for peptic ulcer hemorrhage.Methods: the clinical data of 72 peptic ulcer hemorrhage treated with endoscopic hemoclipping and injection were analysed retrospectively.Results: Of 72 patients,51 patients were hemostasia after the first treatment,the first hemostatic rate was 70.8%(51/72),21 patients bleed again within 48 hours,8 patients were given surgical intervention after failure in the second treatment.The total rate of hemostasis was 88.9%(64/... |
