以家庭为中心的护理理念在糖尿病病人健康教育中的应用

目的探讨糖尿病健康教育的最佳方法。方法将126例住院的糖尿病患者作为实验组，按照以家庭为中心的护理理念进行健康教育指导，其模式依次为确定患者及家属健康教育的需求，共同建立教育目标，选择教育的方法；将正常118例作为对照组，按常规随机进行健康教育指导。结果实验组自我管理能力94．5％，相关知识掌握率95．3％，并发症发生率10．5％，服务态度满意度100％。与对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论以家庭为中心的护理理念应用于糖尿病病人能提高健康教育效果和护理服务质量，同时也为出院后的治疗和康复打下了良好的基础。

Applications of a Domestic Nursing Care in the Diabetic Health Education

Objective To explore the best method of health education for diabetes . Methods One hundred and twenty-six diabetices who were in hospital were organized as intervervention group and were given health education following a domestic way . The specific steps ： Made sure the need for health education of the patients and their relations, built up the educational target and choosed a educational method. One hundred and eighteen diabetices were organized as control group and were given ordinary instruction stochastiely. Results The selfcare ability of daily life was 94.5%,mastery of correlative knowledge was95.3%,complication rate was 10. 5 % ,satisfactory rate was 100% for intervention group,The differences between the two groups（p〈0.05）Conclusion A domestic education applied to diabetices can advance the effects of education and the quarlities of nursing,meantime, provid a good base for post-hospital care and rehabilitation.
