非小细胞肺癌p57/Kip2和cyclin E的表达及与临床病理和预后的相关性

目的探讨p57／Kip2和cyclin E在非小细胞肺癌中的表迭情况。方法选取132例非小细胞肺癌手术切除标本，采用ABC法进行了免疫组织化学染色。结果p57／Kip2和cyclin E的阳性表达率分别为59．8％和43．9％。p57／Kip2的表迭与肿瘤的侵袭性显著相关，低分化（P=0．0001）、肿瘤体积较大（P=0．0064）、淋巴结转移（P=0．0252）、高分期（P=0．0138）时，p57／Kip2的表达显著降低。cyclin E的过表迭与肿瘤的分化程度（P=0．0476）、淋巴管浸润（P=0．0114）、肿瘤体积（P=0．0210）和高TNM分期（P=0．0176）相关。患者的生存期与p57／Kip2和cyclin E的表迭均有显著的相关性。结论p57／Kip2的低表迭和cyclin E的过表达可能在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展中起重要作用，且可能提示预后不良。

EXPRESSION OF p57/Kip2 AND CYCLIN E IN NONSMALL-CELL LUNG CANCER AND THEIR ASSOCIATION WITH PATHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF PROGNOSIS

Objective To investigated the effect of p57/Kip2 and cyclin E on NSCLC.Methods The expression of p57 /Kip2 and cyclin E were examined in 132 NSCLC specimens by using ABC method.The relationship between expression of those proteins and various clinicopathologic factors were evaluated,including their influence on prognosis.Results The protein positive-expression rate of p57/Kip2 and cyclin E in tumor were 59.8% and 43.9%,respectively.The expression of p57/Kip2 was significantly lower in cases with high biological aggressiveness,such as poor differentiation(P=0.0001),larger tumor size(P=0.0064),lymph node metastasis(P=0.0252),higher stage(P=0.0138).Increased cyclin E expression were correlated with poor differentiation(P=0.0476),Lymphatic permeation(P=0.0114) larger tumor size(P=0.0210)and higher stage(P=0.0176).There was statistically significant difference between expression of p57/Kip2 or cyclin E and survial(P= 0.0045,P=0.0011).Conclusion These findings suggest that decreased p57/Kip2 expression and/or increased cyclin E expression are related to the increased activity of cell proliferation and the progression of NSCLC.
