| 摘 要： | 目的 观察长托宁与阿托品治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的临床效果.方法 156例急性有机磷农药中毒的患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组给予长托宁治疗,B组给予长托宁 阿托品治疗,C组给予阿托品治疗,各组配合给予氯解磷定解毒.结果 B组与A、C两组比较,在中毒症状消失时间、阿托品化时间、ChE恢复时间、平均住院天数上均有显著性差异.不良反应较C组明显减少,治愈率高.结论 长托宁 阿托品救治急性有机磷农药中毒起效快、用量小、副作用少、疗效高、安全可靠. |
