| 摘 要： | 用RFC—SpA法诊断流行性出血热。先在抗原片中加入EHF病人血清,经作用后加入SpA菌体试剂,洗涤、染色后在普通光学显微镜下观察花环形成细胞。共检测77份病人血清中EHF IgG体滴度,结果表明本法与IFA及HRP—SpA染色法是特异的,敏感的。还就RFC—SpA实验条件选择以及IgG抗体检测与病程的关系进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In this paper a new method for the detection of IgG antibody with EHF by RFC-SpA was introduced. The titers of 77 EHF patients' sera IgG antibody and 10 sera IgG antibody from convalescent patients were estimated simultaneously by using the IFA, HRP-SpA and RFC-SpA. It was shown that RFC-SpA method was sensitive, specific, rapid, and relatively simple for detecting the IgG antibody from EHF patients. The factors related to experiment of the affect and the relation between the titers of sera antibody and the stages of the patient were also discussed in this article. |
