| 摘 要： | 目的：提高肝脏占位性病变的诊断水平。方法：回顾1990年1月～2004年3月收治的14例肝脏良性占位性病变误诊为原发性肝癌的临床资料。结果：肝脏良性占位性病变临床上缺乏特异性表现，在未行病理学检查之前很难与肝癌鉴别。结论：病理学检查是肝脏占位性病变的确诊手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of benign space occupying lesions in liver.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 14 patients with benign space-occupying lesions in the liver hospitalized between January,1990 and March,2004,and all of them were ever erroneously diagnosed with liver carcinoma.Results:For lack of unique manifestations,benign space occupying lesions in liver were very difficult to be differentiated from liver carcinoma before a pathologic examination was performed.Conclusions:Pathologic examination is reagrded as the most reliable means for confirmed diagnosis of benign space occupying lesions in liver. |
