| 摘 要： | 新生儿硬化症38例(男23例,女15例,年龄5.0±s2.0d)在常规综合治疗中加用藻酸双酸钠(PSS)2mg/(kg·d)溶于10％葡萄糖液100mL内静滴,qd,4-7d为一个疗程。另设对照组32例采用与上述相同的常规综合治疗。结果:PSS组冶愈率84％,病死率16％,硬肿完全消退时间为5.0±2.0d;对照组依次为62％,38％,9±4d;组间比较P<0.05。

| Abstract: | Thirty-eight patients (M 23, F 15; age 5.0+s2.0 d) with sclerema neo-natorum were given polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) 2 mg/(kg.d) in 10 % glucose solution 100 mL iv 10 gtt/min for 4-7 d as a course in addition to conventional therapy, while 32 patients (M 20, F 12; age 5 + 13 d) were given routine remedies as control. The result showed that, the cure rate of PSS group (81 %) was obviously higher than that of the control group 62 %(P<0.05). The subsidence of sclerema was also quicker in PSS group than that of control grouo. No adverse reactions were observed. |
