| 摘 要： | 目的：为了探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果。方法：根据文献选择了１３５例胃溃疡病患者，随机分为４组，给予不同治疗方案（Ａ：十六角蒙脱石＋雷尼替丁；Ｂ：雷尼替丁；Ｃ：奥美拉唑；Ｄ：胶体次枸橼酸铋），运用药物经济学的成本－效果分析进行评价。结果：Ａ方案为最佳治疗方案。结论：药物经济学在优化治疗方案，指导合理用药，提高经济效益方面具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to evaluate the economic effectiveness in different pharmacotherapeutic schemes for the same disease. Methods:135 patients with peptic ulcer were selected from literature reports. These patients were radomly divided into four groups which received different therapeutic schemes (A:dioctahedral smectite ranitidine; B:ranitidine; C:omprazole; D:colloidal bismuth subcitrate). Their economic effectiveness were evaluated by pharmacoeconomic cost effectiveness analysis. Results:A was the best scheme. Conclusion:Pharmaconomics is very important in selecting optimizing therapeutic scheme, guiding rational use of drug and increasing economic effectiveness. |
