| 摘 要： | 目的观察花锚对肝损伤小鼠肝糖原的影响,为探讨花锚对肝脏的作用机理提供一定的依据。方法观测不同剂量花锚对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤肝糖原的影响。结果肝糖原含量高剂量组较对照组为高,差异有显著性;中剂量组较对照组肝糖原含量较低,差异有显著性;低剂量组较对照组肝糖原含量较低,差异有显著性。结论花锚对四氯化碳肝损伤小鼠的肝脏功能有一定的恢复作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observate probing mechanism of corniculate spurgentian herb on liver through determining effects of corniculate spurgentian herb on liver damaged mouse.Methods To determine effects of different dose of corniculate spurgentian herb on contents of liver damaged mouse caused by carbon tetrachloride.Results Contents of liver starch are higher with high dose of corniculate spurgentian herb comparing with the control group.The difference is remarkable.Contents of liver starch are lower with average dose of corniculate spurgentian herb comparing with the control group.The difference is remarkable.Contents of liver starch are lower with low dose of corniculate spurgentian herb comparing with the control group.The difference is very remarkable.Conclusions To a certain extent,corniculate spurgentian herb can rehabilitate damaged liver of mouse caused by carbon tetrachloride. |
