摘    要:目的:观察肿节风水提物对鼻咽癌(NPC)患者放疗急性反应和放射性口干的临床疗效。方法:选择Ⅲ和Ⅳa期NPC患者46例随机分为对照组和研究组,其中对照组25例,研究组21例。所有患者均采用放化综合治疗的方法,研究组配合单剂中药肿节风水提物20g/d口服。观察两组治疗后肿瘤消褪情况和急性放化疗副反应以及放射性口干的严重程度。结果:所有患者均完成治疗。放疗后两组肿瘤局部控制率无显著差异(P〉0.05)。研究组的急性放化疗副反应出现的频率和严重度均轻于对照组,放射性口干的严重程度研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:肿节风水提物有抗氧化损伤的作用,与放化疗结合能明显减轻急性放化疗毒副反应,降低放射性口干的严重程度,对放化疗所致的副反应有一定减毒作用。

THE CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF SARCANDRA GLABRA EXTRACTS AGAINST OXIDATIVE DAMAGE INDUCED BY RADIATIO

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Sarcandra glabra extracts against acute reaction and xerostomia induced by radiotherapy. Methods:46 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients which were diagnosed stage Ⅲ and Ⅳa were randomly divided into control (25 patients) group and study group (21 patients). All patients were applied chemoradiotherapy. The study group also received Sarcandra glabra 20g/d. The local control rate, the acute chemoradiation side reaction and the radio-xerostomia were observed between 2 groups when treatment ended. Results: All patients fulfilled the treatment. There was no difference in tumor local control rate after radiotherapy between 2 groups( P 〉0.05). The occurrence frequency, the severity of acute chemoradiation side and the extend of radio-xerostomia in study group were obviously slighter than that in control group( P 〈0.05). Conclusion. Sarcandra glabra extracts has the effect against oxidative damage, combines with Chemoradiotherapy , which can obviously relieve the acute side reaction caused by chemoradiotherapy, and attenuate the grade of radioxerostomia.
