| 摘 要： | 目的评价彩色多普勒超声引导下经皮穿刺无水酒精治疗巧克力囊肿的价值。方法对73例在彩色多普勒超声引导下经皮穿刺无水酒精治疗巧克力囊肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 73例共81个巧克力囊肿经无水酒精治疗复查后发现治愈率为100%。结论该方法简便易行,并发症少,疗效确切,可作为巧克力囊肿的首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of percutaneous color Doppler ultrasonography-guided drainage and sclerotherapy of chocolate cysts with absolute ethanol.Methods In a retrospective study,we analyzed the clinical datas of 73 patients which were treated for chocolate cysts with color Doppler ultrasonography-guided percutaneous aspiration and absolute ethanol was injected into the cysts.Results 73 renal cysts were handled using this method.We found the recovery rate was 100% after reassessing the 73 patients... |
