| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨颈动脉内膜剥除术(CEA)治疗颅外颈动脉狭窄疗效及体会.方法 回顾分析21例动脉粥样硬化性颈动脉狭窄行CEA,探讨相关的手术适应证、手术方法、麻醉方法及术后处理.结果 本组无死亡,21例患者均在全麻下行CEA,10例放置颈动脉转流管,其中3例放置失败,11例未放置;头昏、头晕及TIA症状明显改善19例;7例术...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the carotid endarterectomy(CEA) on extracranial carotid artery stenosis.Methods The clinical records of 21 patients with atherosclerotic carotid stenosis,who treated by CEA,were reviewed and related surgical indications,operation methods,anesthetic methods and postoperative treatments were discussed.Results No surgical deaths occurred.21 patients were treated with CEA in general anesthesia,in which 10 carotid shunts were used(3 cases failed).The clinical complaints of ... |
