喉癌、喉咽癌与多原发癌

目的探讨以声音嘶哑为首发症状的喉癌、喉咽癌与多原发癌之间的关系。方法回顾性分析从1990年以来我科收治的喉癌、喉咽癌接受手术治疗的多原发癌病例。结果全组7例为合并多原发恶性肿瘤,其中4例第一原发癌与第二原发癌同时发生,3例异时发生,3~6年不等。7例中有二重癌6例,喉癌、喉咽癌均为第一原发癌;三重癌1例,喉咽癌为第三原发癌。7例患者存活时间最长的15年,最短的手术后16月。结论虽然喉癌、喉咽癌合并多原发恶性肿瘤的发生率较低,但术后除监测原发癌复发外,还应注意多原发癌的发生。

Laryngeal and Laryngopharyngeal Carcinoma and Multiple Primary Malignant Tumors

Objective:To investigate the relationship between patients suffered laryngeal and laryngopharyngeal carcinoma with multiple primary malignant tumors having hoarseness as the first complaint.Methods:To retrospectively study the cases of laryngeal and Laryngopharyngeal cancer received surgical treatment collected since 1990.Results:Seven cases coincided with multiple primary malignant tumors,among which 4 cases with the first primary and the second primary malignant tumors found synchronously,3 cases took place metachronously,varying from 3 to 6 years.Among 7 cases,6 cases suffered with double primary carcinoma,laryngeal and laryngopharyngeal cancer as the first primary carcinoma;One triple primary malignant tumor in which laryngopharyngeal cancer was third primary malignant tumor.The postoperative lifetime of patients varied from 16 months to 15 years.Conclusion:Although the coincidence of laryngeal and laryngopharyngeal carcinoma with multiple primary malignant tumors was low in incidence,it was still necessary to supervise the recurrence of primary cancer as well as to follow regularly on the occurrence of multiple primary malignant tumor.
