中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎121例

目的:自拟"乙肝清康宁丸"联合利巴韦林治疗观察慢性乙型肝炎。方法:自2003年3月～2010年4月我院中医科收治慢性乙型肝炎患者121例,按照1991年肝病中医学天津会议修订的标准1],给予自拟"乙肝清康宁丸"联合利巴韦林治疗。结果:通过18个月的临床治疗治愈96例,占79.3%;21例有效,占17.4%;4例无效,占3.3%。结论:中西医结合合理应用,是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的新方法、新理论、新思路。值得临床医务人员进一步积极探索和研究。

Treating 121 cases of chronic hepatitis B in the integrative medicine

Objective: Treating chronic hepatitis B with Yigan Qingkangning pill plus Liba Weilin.Methods: 121 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B from my hospital in March 2003 to April 2010,in accordance with the revised standards of 1991 liver disease medical meeting in Tianjin 1],to give Yigan Qingkangning pill plus Liba Weilin treatment.Results: After 18 months of clinical treatment,96 cases cured,accounting for 79.3%;21 cases were effective,accounting for 17.4%;4 cases invalid(3.3%).Conclusion: Integrative medicine applied a new method for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Worthy of further exploration and researching.
