邵阳某村379例已婚妇女妇科体检分析

目的:对邵阳某偏远山村已婚妇女进行妇科普查,得出结果并分析,为农村已婚妇女的保健提供依据。方法:按照普查方案对379名各年龄阶段的已婚妇女进行普查。结果:所普查农村妇女患有多种妇科疾病,患病率前3位是宫颈糜烂、阴道炎和附件炎,宫颈糜烂多见于青年妇女,阴道炎多见于老年妇女,附件炎则多见于青壮年妇女。宫颈脱落细胞学检查发现6例宫颈不良病变,经组织病检确诊3例早期宫颈癌。结论:应定期对农村妇女进行妇科普查,加强相关保健知识的宣传。

Gynecological examination of 379 cases of married women in Shaoyang village

Objective A gynecological survey was made on Shaoyang married women in a remote mountain village,the results was analyzed,and provided evidence for the health care of rural married women.Method According to the census program on 379 married women of all ages census.Results The survey of rural women suffered from a variety of gynecological diseases,the prevalence of one thousand was cervical erosion,vaginitis and annex inflammation,more common in young women,cervical erosion and vaginitis were more common in older women and more common in young adults attachment of women inflammation.Cervical cytology negative cervical lesions found in 6 patients,confirmed by histopathological examination in 3 cases of early cervical cancer.Conclusion Regular gynecological screening for rural women is necessary to enhance the knowledge related to health promotion.
