45例亲体肾移植术前供者与受者心理状态调查分析及对策

目的：调查分析亲体肾移植术前供者与受者的心理状态为实施心理护理提供理论依据并采取相应的护理对策。方法：术前对45例亲体肾移植供者与受者采用“综合医院焦虑／抑郁（HAD）情绪测定表”和自制问卷进行调查，做出心理状况评价。结果：供者产生焦虑抑郁心理9例（20％），受者产生焦虑抑郁心理31例（69％）；供者直系亲属与供者为嫡系者发生焦虑抑郁等心理状态有明显差异（P〈0．05）；肾移植患者心理健康相关因素，经多元逐步回归分析，进入回归方程变量是经济情况和病程长短。结论：肾移植患者及少数供者有焦虑和抑郁心理，术前依据患者心理状态找出影响因素，有效指导患者消除不良情绪，积极配合手术，提高移植肾的长期存活。

Survey and analysis of the mental state of donors and recipients before operation of 45 cases of living related kidney transplantation
