| 摘 要： | 目的：探索建立植入前遗传学诊断技术。方法：对2例高龄输卵管性不孕患者，单精子卵细胞浆内注射，卵裂球活检，染色体21、X、Y三色荧光原位杂交，胚胎遗传学分析后，选择染色体正常胚胎移植。结果：20d后血HCG＞1000IU／L，孕50dB超见子宫腔内单胎妊娠并见心搏，孕16周B超检查显示胎儿生长、结构正常。结论：植入前遗传学诊断移植2例，临床妊娠成功。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a technology of preimplantaion genetic diagnosis. Methods: Intracytoplasm sperm injection and blastomere biopsy were performed on two women at the advanced age with the fallopian tube obstruction. Normal embryos were selected for embryo transfer after fluorescence in situ hybridziation in biopsied blastomere.Results: The levels of serum HCG were increased 20 days after embryo transfer and ultrasonography in 16 gestation weeks showed the fetal growth and structure are normal. Conclusion: Two successful clinical pregnancies achieved after preimplantaion genetic diagnosis |
