以质量为核心,加强医院管理,始终是医院工作的主旋律。管理也是生产力,要走“管理立院、质量兴院”之路。质量管理要定位,要处理好管理和改革的关系,坚持以病人为中心,科技为先导的发展战略。提高医院质量的关键是抓好人本管理和成本管理。要坚持“两手抓”,一手抓人的工作,重视质量文化;一手抓财物管理,降低医疗成本,提高经济效益。要重视医学技术评估,借鉴现代企业管理万法和国外医院管理先进经验,构建具有中国特色的医院质量体系。

Holding the Banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory,Strengthening the Hospital Quality Management

Strengthening the hospital quality management is the backborn of hospital work. As the management belongs to the productive forces, the hospital should go the way "establishing the hospital by management and flourishing the hospital by quality". The hospital must be oriented to quality management, harmonize the relation between management and reform, persist in the development strategy of playing priority on the patients and taking science and technology as guide. The key of upgrading the hospital quality lics'in "two basic management" (humanistic management and cost management). We should attach importance not only to quality culture, but also the financial management, achieving the best economic benefit with the least medical treatment cost. We should high light the medical technology assessment and construct the hospital quality system with Chinese characteristics, with the use of the mordern business management methods and the experience of abroad hospitals.
