| 摘 要： | 目的：优选用于纯化叶下珠总多酚的大孔树脂。方法：以总多酚含量为指标，对4种型号的树脂进行吸附与解吸附性能考察。结果：4种型号大孔树脂的吸附与解吸附性能有一定差异，HPD100性能最佳。结论：采用HPD100型大孔树脂进行叶下珠总多酚的分离纯化。

| Abstract: | Objective：To selecting the best macroporous resin for purifying total polyphenols in Phyllanthus Urinaria L.. Method： Using total polyphenols content as an index, adsorption and desorption performance of four kinds of resin were investigated. Results：Adsorption and desorption performance of four kinds of resin had significant difference. HPD100 type macroprous resin showed the best comprehensive property. Conclusion ：HPD100 type macroprous resin should be used to purify total polyphenols in Phyllanthus Urinaria L. |
