纯化叶下珠总多酚的大孔树脂筛选研究

摘    要:目的:优选用于纯化叶下珠总多酚的大孔树脂。方法:以总多酚含量为指标,对4种型号的树脂进行吸附与解吸附性能考察。结果:4种型号大孔树脂的吸附与解吸附性能有一定差异,HPD100性能最佳。结论:采用HPD100型大孔树脂进行叶下珠总多酚的分离纯化。

Abstract:Objective:To selecting the best macroporous resin for purifying total polyphenols in Phyllanthus Urinaria L.. Method: Using total polyphenols content as an index, adsorption and desorption performance of four kinds of resin were investigated. Results:Adsorption and desorption performance of four kinds of resin had significant difference. HPD100 type macroprous resin showed the best comprehensive property. Conclusion :HPD100 type macroprous resin should be used to purify total polyphenols in Phyllanthus Urinaria L.
