痛温觉障碍肢体烧烫伤24例临床分析

总结了２４例各种原因所致感觉障碍下的肢体烧伤，此部分人群发生烧伤时有其特殊性；低热烧伤概率增大，烧伤面积往往不大，但治疗上较感觉和运动均正常的肢体烧伤棘手，由于缺少痛觉指征往往不易准确判断烧伤深度，使用染色等客观检测手段可提高对创面深度判断的准确性。
