| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经尿道双极等离子汽化电切治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法 运用经尿道双极等离子汽化电切镜治疗膀胱肿瘤 2 7例。结果 手术时间平均 3 0min ,术中出血平均 2 5ml,术后留置导尿管 3～ 5d ,全部患者拔除导尿管后均能自主排尿 ,术中出血少、易操作 ,并发症少。结论 经尿道双极等离子汽化电切膀胱肿瘤安全、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of transurethral double pole plasm electro-vaporization for the treatment of urinary bladder tumour.Methods Transurethral double pole plasm electro-vaporization was applied to the treatment of 27 cases with urinary bladder tumour. Results The average procedure time was 30 minutes. The average volume of hemorrhage in the procedure was 25 ml. The catheters were postoperatively indwelled for 3-5 days, and all of the patients were able to micturate freely after the catheters were pulled out. In the procedure, there were little hemorrhage and few complications.Conclusion The method of transurethral double pole plasm electro-vaporization has the benefits of safety and credibility. |
