| 摘 要： | 目的： 探讨玉屏风散对机体免疫功能的影响及其机制。方法： 本文实验观察了不同剂量玉屏风散对小白鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、ＰＦＣ、淋巴细胞增殖及ＡＤＣＣ的影响。结果： 玉屏风散对巨噬细胞吞噬功能、抗体生成及ＡＤＣＣ等各项指标均有较强的促进作用。结论： 玉屏风散是一广泛用于临床的免疫增强调节剂。

| Abstract: | Objective: The experiment was carried out to study the effect of Yupingfeng San on immune funct ion and the mechanism. Methods: The influences on the phagocytosis of Murine peritoneal Macrophages, PFC, lymphocyte proliferation,and ADCC of Yupingfeng San were observed. Results: Yupingfeng San enhanced the phagocytosis of Murine peritioneal Macrophages, PPC, ADCC and all other indexs greatly. Conclusion: Yupingfeng San is a reagent which can increase immune regulation in clinical treatment. |
