| 摘 要： | 目的探讨念珠性阴道炎不同治疗方法的临床效果。方法把门诊就诊的念珠性阴道炎病人100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组单纯局部用克霉唑栓剂,观察组用碘伏冲洗阴道联合局部用克霉唑栓剂,用药后观察2组的临床效果。结果观察组的效果显著好于对照组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论碘伏冲洗阴道联合局部用克霉唑栓剂效果好于单纯局部用克霉唑栓剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the rosary vaginitis clinical effects of different treatment methods.Methods The rosary vaginitis clinic 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group were treated with topical clotrimazole suppositories,vaginal washing the observation group with povidone-iodine topical clotrimazole suppositories joint after treatment The clinical effects were observed.Results The effect of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The combined topical povidone-iodine irrigation clotrimazole vaginal suppositories was better than simple topical clotrimazole suppositories. |
