老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定疗效分析

目的探讨手术内固定方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果和影响因素。方法选取从2009年10月至2010年10月本院收治的36例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为本次试验的研究对象,根据Evans分型予以不同内固定治疗,观察分析内固定方法治疗的疗效。结果全部研究对象36例患者全部获得随访,随访时间为0.5～2.0年,平均为16个月,且均骨折骨性愈合,无内固定物松动情况的发生。采用黄公怡关节功能评分标准对各病例进行功能评定,分为优、良、可、差4级。髋关节功能优良率占88.89%。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术要合理选择内固定治疗,根据不同分型选择合适的手术时机和内固定手术方法进行内固定治疗,以及骨折的基本形态、骨骼本身质量、内固定手术对老年人的创伤等都是影响老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定疗效的重要因素。

Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture Fixation Effect Analysis

Objective To investigate the method of internal fixation of intertrochanteric fractures of elderly patients the clinical effectiveness and impact factors.Methods From October 2009 to October 2010 our hospital 36 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the trial of the object-oriented,according to Evans to be different type fixation,internal fixation for observation and analysis effect.Results All the study 36 patients were followed up from 0.5 to 2.0 years,an average of 16 months,and all fractures healed and no loosening of internal fixation happening.Huang Gongyi joint function score using the standard functional assessment of each case,into excellent,good,fair,and poor in 4.Excellent rate of hip joint function accounted for 88.89%.Conclusion The elderly intertrochanteric fracture fixation to be a reasonable choice,select the appropriate type according to different timing of surgery and surgical methods of internal fixation and internal fixation,and the basic form of fractures,bone itself is the quality of internal fixation in elderly impact of the trauma people are all old internal fixation of intertrochanteric fractures of the efficacy of important factors.
