| 摘 要： | 目的比较腹腔镜与开腹切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的疗效。方法130例急性阑尾炎患者，分成观察组和对照组2组，对照组：开腹切除术，观察组：腹腔镜手术。结果2组均未出现死亡病例和腹腔内出血，观察粗患者切口赢染率，住院时间，手术时间、肛门排气时间优于对照组，但观察组住院费用高于对照组。结论腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎具有创伤小，恢复快，赢染卒低、并发症少等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluation of efficacy about Laparoscopic resection or sigmoidectomy resection in treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods 130 patients with acute appendicitis patients,divided into trial group and control group two groups. The control group：sigmoidectomy resection.The observation group： laparoscopic surgery.Results Two groups did not appear deaths and abdominal bleeding. With incision infection rate,the length of time,operation time,anus exhaust time of the observation group than the control groups.Charge of be in hospital of the observation group than the control group.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgical treatment of acute appendicitis With small trauma, quick recovery, low infection rate, fewer complications, etc. |
