小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果观察

目的探讨小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法将84例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组（常规治疗组）和观察组（小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔组）,各42例,比较2组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、心功能改善情况及血清NT-proBNP水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,心功能好于对照组,血清NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,差异显著性或有非常显著性,P〈0.05或P〈0.01。结论小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果佳,优势明显,值得推广应用。

The Observation on the Clinical Effect of Low Dose Spironolactone Combined with Metoprolol in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To study the clinical effect of low dose spironolactone combined with metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 84 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from June 2009 to October 2010 were selected as research object,and all the patients were randomly divided into control group(routine group)42 cases and observation group(low dose spironolactone combined with metoprolol group)42 cases,then the total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,improvement of cardiac function and serum NT-proBNP of the two groups were detected and compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group,cardiac function wwere better than those of control group,serum NT-proBNP were lower than those of control group,P<0.05 or P<0.01,there were significant or very significant differences.Conclusion The clinical effect of low dose spironolactone combined with metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure is better,advantage is obvious,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
