弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗破裂性颅内动脉瘤105例临床研究

目的探讨弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗破裂性颅内动脉瘤的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的197例颅内动脉瘤患者,随机分为2组,介入组105例,保守治疗组92例。结果介入治疗组存活率为67.6%,死亡率为5.7%,保守治疗组存活率为46.7%,死亡率为26.1%,介入组明显存活率明显高于保守组,有显著的统计学差异（P〈0.05）;介入组再出血率7.6%,保守组再出血率36.9%;介入组患者均一次性栓塞成功,栓塞后立即行脑血管造影显示动脉瘤腔填塞满意,栓塞率达100%。术后随访3～8个月,除6例患者死亡外,其余患者均恢复良好。结论弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗具有创伤小、并发症少、疗程短等优点,有效减少了并发症的发生和致残、致死率,值得在临床上推广应用。

Coil Embolization of Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysms 105 Cases of Clinical Research

Objective Coil embolization of ruptured intracranial aneurysms in clinical treatment.Methods Our hospital were retrospectively analyzed 197 cases of intracranial aneurysms were randomly divided into two groups,intervention group of 105 patients,conservative treatment group of 92 cases.Results Intervention group was 67.6% survival rate,mortality rate was 5.7%, conservative treatment group, survival was 46.7%,mortality rate was 26.1% in the intervention group was significantly higher than the conservative group survival,a significant statistical difference （P0.05）;in the intervention group re-bleeding rate of 7.6%,a conservative group rebleeding rate 36.9%;in the intervention group patients had successful one-time embolization,the line immediately after embolization of cerebral angiography shows the aneurysm cavity filling satisfaction, embolization was 100%. Patients were followed up 3 to 8 months,in addition to 6 patients died, the other patients recovered well.Conclusion Coil embolization with less trauma,fewer complications, short course,etc,effectively reduce the incidence of complications and disability,death rate,worthy of clinical application.
