| 摘 要： | 为观察一次性输液器调节器央闭的位置对静脉穿刺时回血的影响，在对100例输液治疗的患者，用同一条静脉和同一型号的头皮针穿刺时，将调节器分别夹闭在距头皮针接头10cm、20cm、30cm、40cm、50cm处，观察回血情况。结果表明，调节器夹闭的位置距接头处越远，回血率越高，头皮针内的国血长度越长。因此，使用一次性输液器输液时，调节器夹闭的位置不宜太低，至少应距接头50cm以上。

| Abstract: | In order to observate the effect of regulator's closure on backward blood fluidwhen. The result show,there is higher rate of backward blood fluid as the position's nearerto needle. So the position of regutator shouldn't be put too lower when we use one usetransfusion system. It should be more than 50cm. |
