超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺活检的临床应用

目的:评价直肠超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术诊断前列腺疾病的临床价值。方法:对86例怀疑前列腺癌(PCA)的患者进行直肠超声引导下经会阴6点前列腺穿刺活检术。结果:86例中,经病理证实PCA 26例,前列腺增生症(BPH)27例,前列腺上皮内肿瘤(PIN)17例,前列腺炎症4例,前列腺肥大伴前列腺炎11例,前列腺结核1例。结论:经直肠超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术是确诊前列腺癌的最有效的检查方法之一,值得在临床推广。

Clinical application of ultrasound guided transperineal biopsy of prostate

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of transperineal biopsy of prostate gland by transrectal ultrasound guidance. Methods: Eighty-six patients who were suspected to have prostate cancer underwent transperineal prostate biopsy by transrectal ultrasound guidance and were followed up. Results: These cases were pathologically proved, in which 26 cases were prostate cancer cases(PCA), 27 cases were benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH), 17 prostate were intraepithelial neoplasia(PIN), 4 prostate had inflammation, 11 cases were prostate hyperplasia with inflammation, 1 case was prostate tuberculosis. Conclusion: The transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate is one of the most valuable methods in diagnosis of prostate cancer. It should be widely used in clinical practice.
