腹腔镜肝切除20例临床分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜肝切除的安全性、可行性和微创性。方法：分析我院2008年4月至2009年11月符合纳入标准的20例行腹腔镜肝切除病人的临床资料并与同期开腹肝切除术22例病人临床资料相比较。结果：切口长度、出血量、进食时间、止痛药用量、术后住院天数及术后体温LH组明显低于OH组（P〈0.05）。结论：在病例选择适当时,腹腔镜肝切除术具有手术创伤小,出血少,术后恢复快等优势,是安全可行,有效,微创的治疗方法。

Clinic Anylisis of laparoscopic hepatectomy in 20 patients

Objective：To explore the safety,feasibility and invasion of laparoscopic hepatectomy（LH）.Methods：To comply a standard 20 patients with laparoscopic hepatectomy and 22 patients with open hepatectomy in the first affiliated Hospital of Shihezi university from April 2008 to Nov.2009.Compared with patients of two groups including length of incision,surgical duration,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative eating date,dosage of painkiller,postoperative hospital stay,complication,body temperature,hemogram.Results：The mean of data such as length of incision,blood loss,dosage of painkiller,The mean of eating date,temperature in postoperation,hospital stay and hemogram in LH group was significant postoperatively less than that of OH.There were no significant difference of surgical duration between the tow groups.Conclusion：Under the circumstances of properly selecting patients,Compared with OH,LH is a safety and minimal invasion method.associated with minimal surgical trauma,less blood and fast postoperative recovery if we selected patients properly.
