| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾移植受者留置导尿更换集尿袋时机。方法采用排除标准选出2006年1-12月行同种异体肾移植手术的受者52例，随机数字法分组并于术后第2～8天进行尿培养后更换集尿袋，对尿培养结果进行分析。结果术后第2～5天尿培养未检出菌落，分别于术后第6、7、8天的尿液中各检出1、3、4株菌落；所有检出菌落的病例中男性5例、女性3例，其中18-30岁1例、31-40岁2例、41～50岁3例、51～60岁2例。结论肾移植受者留置导尿更换一次性集尿袋的最佳时间为术后第5天；肾移植受者尿液培养结果与年龄、性别无关。
