| 摘 要： | 近年来院内感染问题日益突出有与日剧增的趋势，笔者对引起院内感染的一些因素进行了分析，针对这些因素，并根据MEBT治疗的特点，制定了一套MEBT病房的消毒隔离管理措施。通过二年来的实践，使病房院内感染率降至2％，确保了烧伤病人的住院安全，达到了降低感染率，促进创面愈合的目的。

| Abstract: | Hospital infection has become a problem attracted increasing attention. This paper pre-sents an analysis of the factors causing hospital infections and measures for disinfection and isolation ad-ministration of the wards to meet the requirement for MEBT. These measures have been implementedfor 2 years and the hospital infection rate has been reduced to only 2%. |
