美洛昔康凝胶剂中促渗剂的筛选

摘    要:目的 研究薄荷醇和氮酮在美洛昔康凝胶中对皮肤渗透性的影响。方法 制备包含不同浓度的薄荷醇和氮酮的 0 . 75 %美洛昔康凝胶 ,采用改良的Franz扩散池 ,用离体小鼠皮肤进行体外透皮作用实验 ,以紫外分光光度法测定美洛昔康累计渗透量及渗透速率。结果 不含促渗剂的美洛昔康凝胶的渗透速率为 0 . 86 2mg·h-1,含 1%、3%、5 %薄荷醇的美洛昔康凝胶的渗透速率分别为 0 . 839,、1.973、0 . 96 7mg·h-1,含 1%、3%、5 %氮酮的美洛昔康凝胶的渗透速率分别为 0 . 6 93、0 .96 9、0 . 789mg·h-1,含 3%薄荷醇和 1%、3%、5 %氮酮的美洛昔康凝胶的渗透速率分别为 1 .2 37、0 . 997、0 . 92 8mg·h 1。结论  3%薄荷醇对美洛昔康凝胶有明显较好的促渗作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effect of menthol and azone on percutaneous permeation of meloxicam from gel.METHODS 0.75% meloxicam gel containing different concentrations of menthol and azone was prepared.The steady state flux of meloxicam from gel was determined in vi tro on excised mouse skin utilizing modified Franz diffusion cells. The accum ulatio n permeation amounts and permeation rate were calculated. RESULTS The meloxicam permeation values (mg/h) ranged from 0.862 without enhancer, to 0 .839,1.973 and 0.967 in the presence of 1%, 3%, 5% menthol, to 0.693, 0 .969, 0.789 in the presence of 1%, 3%, 5% azone, to 1.237, 0.997, 0.9 28 in a combination of 3% menthol and 1%, 3%, 5% azone.CONCLUSION The maximum enhancement was obtained in the meloxicam gel with 3% menthol .
