15例急性腕管综合征非手术治疗效果观察

目的总结急性腕管综合征的非手术治疗方法、临床疗效及可行性。方法分析2007年1月至2009年7月收治的15例腕管综合征急性发作而不愿手术的患者的临床资料，采取外敷2号活血散，配合手法松解等非手术保守治疗。结果腕管综合征的急性正中神经压迫症状得以消退或减缓，总有效率为93％，随访半年，疗效良好。结论对于腕管综合征的急性发作而不愿手术的患者，采用非手术保守治疗，局部外敷2号活血散，配合手法松解，临床神经压迫症状可以消退或减缓，具有一定可行性。

Non-surgical therapy in the treatment of acute carpal tunnel syndrome: a report of 15 cases

Objective To summarize the non- surgical treatment, clinical efficacy and feasibility of acute carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods To analyse the clinical data of 15 cases with acute carpal tunnel syndrome who refused to be operated from January, 2007 to July, 2009, and treated with non - surgical therapy, such as externally applying Huo Xue San Ⅱ and chirismus solution. Results Over six months follow - up, median nerve compression in the acute carpal tunnel syndrome can be disappeared or slowed down, with the total effective rate of 93%. Conclusion Non -surgical therapy is clinically feasible to treat acute carpal tunnel syndrome.
