| Abstract: | This Article introduces the technique of media fill specified in ISO13408-1. The technique is intended to control contaminate of fill line of health care products using aseptic processing, including medical devices, medicinal products and biological products. Media fill is a method of evaluating sterility assure level of an aseptic fill process using microbial culture medium. |
