| 摘 要： | 目的 分析医院2008年1月-2009年6月特殊使用类抗菌药物的应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 收集医院信息系统中2008年1月-2009年6月特殊使用类抗菌药物的用药数据,对销售金额、数量、用药频度和分布科室等进行统计、分析.结果 用药金额居前3位的分别是第四代头孢菌素(43.96%)、碳青酶烯类药物(26.07%)与抗真菌药物(16.94%),血液科、ICU与呼吸内科应用特殊使用类抗菌药物的品种数与用药频度最高.结论 实施抗菌药物分线分级管理,是加强临床用药监控、减少细菌耐药性的有效手段.
