苏州市郊社区人群糖尿病患病及其危险因素分析

目的 了解市郊社区人群糖尿病危险因素。方法 对苏州市郊吴中区、相城区的四个乡镇2697名35岁及以上社区居民进行糖尿病及其危险因素调查。结果 患病率为2．56％，本次调查新发现的糖尿病病例占患病数的89．9％，男女间无明显差异。45岁以上人群患病率随年龄增长而增高。结论 高血压、肥胖、有糖尿病家族史是糖尿病发病的重要危险因素。

Prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus and Risk Factors Among Suzhou Suburban Population

Objective To understand the diabetes mellitus prevalence risk factors among Suzhou suburban population. Method All the 2697 residents who are above 35 years old in the 4 towns of Wuzhong and Xiangcheng districts of Suzhou municipal were enrolled in this study. Results Diabetes prevalence was 2.56%, and 89.9% patients were newly detected cases during this survey. There was neither distinct nor sex difference of the prevalence. The diabetes prevalence of people over 45 years old was positively related with the age. Conclusions Hypertension, obesity, and diabetes family history are important risk factors of diabetes.
