白内障患者行人工晶体植入术的护理措施

目的分析探讨白内障患者行人工晶体植入术的有效护理。方法回顾分析300例白内障患者的临床资料,所有患者在表面麻醉下行小切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶体植入术;按入院先后将300例患者分为2组,对照组(n=150)患者给予常规护理,教育组(n=150)患者在常规护理的基础上,应用健康教育路径给予患者健康教育和其他服务;记录并发症发生情况,评价两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果所有患者均手术顺利,两组患者均未发现出血、感染、角膜严重水肿;教育组患者对护理工作满意度为97.3%(292/300),明显高于对照组的78.3%(235/300),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统的临床护理措施加上患者健康教育,能够预防白内障行人工晶体植入术患者的手术并发症,提高临床护理工作质量,有利于促进患者康复。

The Nursing Care of Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation in Patients with Cataract

Objective To explore the effective nursing care of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients with cataract.Method 300 patients with cataract took phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.300 cases were divided into 2 groups by random.The control group（n=100） took conventional care after the surgery.The health education group（n=100） took conventional care and health education.Analyses of complications were taken after the surgery.Nursing satisfaction was evaluated after the nursing.Result All patients took the surgery successfully.No hemorrhage,infection,corneal edema occur after the surgery.The nursing satisfaction degree of the health education group was much higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Systematic holistic nursing care and health education were important in patients with cataract and is valuable in reducing complications.
