改良剪开套接建立动静脉内瘘术的护理

目的总结采用改良剪开套接法建立前臂动静脉内瘘术围手术期护理及日常护理方法。方法自2007年2月至2010年12月,我科对50例尿毒症患者采用桡动脉、头静脉远端改良剪开套接法吻合血管建立内瘘,为血液透析作血管准备,做好围手术期护理及术后宣教。结果 50例患者术后均随访3～22个月,平均7.5个月,术后通过听诊器或超声探查,血管通畅率100%,其自然血流量可达500～800mL/min,满足血液透析需要。结论保证内瘘术的成功和长期的通畅,围手术期护理、术后宣教同样为至关重要的因素。

Improved Cut the Socket Established Arteriovenous Fistula Care

Objective To cut the socket was established by using modified arteriovenous fistula forearm of perioperative care and daily nursing.Methods From February 2007 to December 2010,our department 50 cases of uremic patients using the radial artery,cephalic vein distal vascular anastomosis improved cut to establish socket fistula for hemodialysis vascular prepare for and do perioperative and postoperative care mission.Results 50 patients were followed up after March-22 months,an average of 7.5 months after surgery or ultrasound probe through the stethoscope,blood vessel patency rate of 100% of its natural blood flow of up to 500～800ml/min,to meet the needs of hemodialysis.Conclusion To ensure the success of fistula surgery and long-term patency,perioperative care,postoperative critical factor for the same mission.
