| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低分子肝素钙对小儿过敏性紫癜肾脏损害的预防效果。方法将128例患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组68例,对照组60例,治疗组在对照组基础上加用低分子肝素钙100U/(kg d)皮下注射,在住院期间使用两周,出院后再用2周。疗程结束后,观察临床症状消失情况,尿蛋白(Alb)和尿微球蛋白(β2-MG)的变化及两组紫癜患儿合并肾损害发生率情况。结果治疗组与对照组相比:临床症状消失,尿Alb及β2-MG在治疗后1个月、3个月均低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组合并肾损害发生率明显的低于对照组,有显著性差异P<0.01)。结论低分子肝素钙对小儿紫癜性肾炎预防效果明显,使用安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the precautionary effect of heparin and low molecule heparin calcium in children＇s Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis（HSPN）. Methods In addition to what were administrated in control group, the low molecule heparin calcium 100U/（kgod）was given to the treatment group of inpatient for two weeks, and outpatient for two weeks. Urine Alb,Urine 132-MG and the rate of renal impairment were observed in the two groups. Results Between the remedy group and the control group, the effects of Urine Alb and Urine 132-MG were significantly different after treating one month and three months（P 〈 0.01）. Nephritis impairment incidence of treatment group was far lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion It is effective of the low molecule heparin calcium on children＇s purpura nephritis. |
