小切口非超声乳化摘除术与超声乳化吸出术治疗老年性白内障的疗效比较

摘    要:目的采用小切口非超声乳化摘除术与超声乳化吸出术治疗老年性白内障患者,比较其临床疗效。方法将我院收治的178例216眼老年白内障患者,按治疗术式分组,A组患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗,B组患者行超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗。比较两组治疗后1d,7d,30d的视力、术中及术后常见并发症的情况。结果经过治疗后,两组患者术中及术后并发症的发生率差异均无显著性(P>0.05);术后1d,A组患者裸眼视力改善(>0.5)较B组患者更明显(P<0.05),差异显著具有可比性;术后7d、30d两组患者裸眼视力改善(>0.5)差异不明显,不具有可比性。结论应针对老年性白内障患者具体情况,选择合适的手术方式进行治疗,加快患者康复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of phacoemulsification and non-phacoemultification through a small-incision on senile cataract. Methods 178 cases(216 eyes) of senile cataract patients was divided into A and B groups by treatment modality, the group A was theated with non-phacoemultification through a small-incision, the group B was treated with phacoemulsification. The visual acuity, intra- and postoperative complications in 1 day, 6 days and 30 days were compared respectively. Results The incidence of intra- and post- operative complications of two groups were not significant after surgery(P 〉 0.05); the uncrrected visual acuity( 〉 0.5) of group A was better than group B after 1 day(P〈 0.05), while this didn't have significant difference in 7 and 30 days, which had no comparability. Conclusion Suitable operative mode should be chosen to accelerate recovery according to the concrete situation of senile cataract patients.
