喉罩通气全麻与气管插管全麻在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用对比观察

目的比较喉罩通气全麻与气管插管全麻在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法 80例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分成喉罩通气全麻组(治疗组)和气管插管全麻组(对照组),分别进行HR、MAP的监测并记录,观察两组术后睁眼时间和拔管时间,同时统计并发症发生情况。结果经过观察,术中治疗组各时点HR和MAP变化差异无统计学意义。结论全麻喉罩通气可以很好地应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,且优于气管内插管,易于维持血流动力学稳定,术后睁眼时间和拔管时间快,麻醉不良反应少,全麻后恢复平稳,值得推广应用。

The Observation of General Anesthesia with Laryngeal Mask Ventilation and Endotracheal Intubation General Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective A comparison of general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation and endotracheal intubation general anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the application effect. Results After observation, intraoperative treatment group at different time points HR and MAP changes the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion General anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation can be well applied in laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients, and better than endotracheal intabation.
