葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性腹泻50例疗效观察

目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性腹泻的临床效果。方法选择我院2009年2月至2011年2月100例轮状病毒性腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予常规支持治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予葡萄糖酸锌。记录两组患儿腹泻停止时间。结果观察组腹泻停止时间为(3.14±1.35)d;对照组腹泻停止时间为(4.52±1.48)d,观察组腹泻停止时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后总有效率为96.0%,对照组治疗后总有效率为82.0%,观察组总有效率与对照组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌能够缩短小儿轮状病毒性腹泻患儿腹泻时间,临床效果显著。

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Zinc Gluconate on 50 Cases with Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of zinc gluconate on infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods 100 cases with infantile rotavirus enteritis were selected from February, 2009 to February, 2011, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, symptomatic supportive treatment was used two groups,zinc gluconate was given to observation group, the antidiarrheal time was recorded in two groups. Results The antidiarrheal time in observation group was （3.14±1.35）days, The antidiarrheal time in control group was （4.52±1.48）days, The antidiarrheal time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,there was statistical difference（P〈 0.05）; The total effective rate in n observation group was 96.0%, the total effective rate in n control group was 82.0%, The total effective rate in n observation group compared with that in control group,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Zinc gluconate can shorten the antidiarrheal time of the children with rotavirus enteritis,the clinical efficacy is significant.
