葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎88例疗效观察

目的观察葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法将88例轮状病毒性肠炎婴幼儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组都给予常规治疗,治疗组加用口服补锌(葡萄糖酸锌),观察其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为89.13%,对照组总有效率为71.43%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在止泻时间和总疗程方面治疗组短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。末见不良反应。结论葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎临床疗效确切,无明显不良反应,方法简便,价廉易得,易于接受,常规治疗的基础上进行补锌辅助治疗对轮状病毒肠炎患儿有明显的疗效。

Clinical Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Zinc Gluconate on Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis.

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of oral zinc gluconate treating infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods 88 patients with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were given conventional treatment, additionally the treatment group were given oral zinc supplementation （zinc gluconate）, to observe the effect. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （ 89.13% vs 71.43%, P 〈 0.05）. Compared with those of control group, the time of checking diarrhea and treatment course were markedly shorter in treatment group （P〈 0.01）. No adverse reaction occurred in treatment group. Conclusion Zine gluconate therapy is effective, safe, convenient, economic, and acceptable intreatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea. The zinc-assisted therapy with infantile rotavirus enteritis based on the conventional treatment has obvious curative effect.
