急性脑梗死合并代谢综合征患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的以国际糖尿病联盟颁布的代谢综合征(MS)统一诊断标准,探讨急性脑梗死合并代谢综合征患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的变化及临床意义。方法采用荧光散射比较分析法分别测定52例急性脑梗死合并代谢综合征患者(MS组)和对照组54例急性脑梗死患者(非MS组)血浆Hcy水平比较。结果血浆Hcy水平在两组间的比较:MS组与非MS组血浆Hcy含量分别为(21.52±5.87)μmol/L、(15.38±4.23)μmol/L。MS组与非MS组比较,差异显着(P<0.01)。结论急性脑梗死合并代谢综合征患者血浆Hcy水平升高,血浆Hcy水平与急性脑梗死合并代谢综合征存在相关性,为指导临床治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective According to metabolic syndrome (MS) uniform diagnostic criteria issued by the International Diabetes Federation, plasma homocysteine (Hey)levels of acute cerebral infarction patients with metabolic syndrome were measured to explore their clinical significance. Methods We used comparative analysis of the fluorescence scattering method. We measured plasma Hcy levels in 52 eases of acute cerebral infarction patients with metabolic syndrome (MS group) and 54 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients (non-MS group) as control group. Results We compared the plasma Hcy levels in two groups: MS group and non-MS group of plasma Hcy levels were respectively (21.52 ± 5.87)μmol / L, (15.38 ±4.23)μmol / L. MS group is compared with non-MS group, the differences were significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion Plasma Hcy levels were high in acute cerebral infarction patients with metabolic syndrome, plasma Hcy levels have relation to the acute cerebral infarction patents with metabolic syndrome and provide a guide for clinical treatment.
