中西医结合治疗心律失常40例

目的]观察中西医结合治疗心律失常的疗效。方法]采用中药加减结合西药治疗心律失常40例,并以32 例单纯西药治疗为对照组。结果]治疗组总有效率为92.5%,与对照组总有效率为81.3%相比,有显著性差异(P< 0.05)。结论]中西医结合治疗心律失常疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗。

Chinese and Western Medicine 40 Cases of Arrhythmia

Objective]To observe the effects of the integrated TCM and western medicine treatment on arrhythmia . Method] the treating group (40 patients) were treated by the chinese medicine plus or minus combined chemical medicine , the control group(32patients) were treated by pure chemical medicine. Results] the total effective rate in treatment group (92. 5% ) was obviously higher than that in control group (81.3% ) ( P < 0.05 ) . Conclusion ] The integrated TCM and western medicine has a good effect on the treatment of arrhythmia .
